AIR CONDITION INCLUDED IN PRICE.
PETS ALLOWED - ONE PET / DAY 8€.

Daily price includes consumption of electricity, gas, cold and hot water, bed linens and kitchenware, as well as final cleaning.
Prices are set in euro, payment is made exclusively in Croatian kunas.
VAT is included in the price.
Payment is possible by credit cards as well (5% less discount).

Price does not include sojourn tax and registration.
Sojourn tax per person per night amounts to 0,95 €.
Persons aged 12 to 18 are paying 50% of the sojourn tax.
Children not yet 12 years old are exempt from sojourn tax payment.

Registration per person amounts to 2,20 € at one sitting.

DISCOUNTS
For a stay of 3 weeks or longer we approve a discount of 15%.
If advance payment is made till 28.02. of the current year, we approve 10% discount.
Both these discounts cannot be use at the same time.
